What We Do…
The Customer Services Department is available to help you with any questions or worries you may have before you are a learner at Salford City College or when you become a learner.
The department is the first point of contact for most people as they deal with all incoming enquiries and deal with visitors. Services include; issuing student ID cards, First Aid point, issuing, student certificates, deal with childcare funding, customer feedback, lost property and much more.
Customer Services can also directly enrol you on many courses, as an appointment with a tutor is not always required.
Admissions…
Our Admissions Team with all the application forms that they receive and they will send a confirmation letter to you when we get your form. If you need to check the status of your application, change your address or simply want more information then they are able to help.

Customer Services are based at both the Worsley Campus and City Centre Campus and Admissions is based at the Worsley Campus, if they are unable to help you then they will be able to point you in the right direction.
Opening Times – Term Time
Worsley Campus Reception is open from:
8.15 am to 7.30 pm - Monday to Thursday
8.15 am to 3.15 pm - Friday
City Campus Reception is open from:
8.30am to 4.30pm - Monday and Wednesday
8.30am to 7.30pm - Tuesday and Thursday
8.30am to 3.15pm - Friday
