Worsley Campus
The main facilities of Salford College are located at Worsley Campus.
The new Learning Resource and specialist Media Centre provides some of the newest learner facilities in the area and allows our learners to access 50 internet workstations, 15,000 books and the latest resources and equipment for e-Learning.
The College has excellent facilities for vocational training and learning. There is a suite of professional standard Hair and Beauty Salons, a Performing Arts Theatre and a Sports Hall and Fitness Suite.
The College caters for 16-18 year olds, via Youth Pathways, who have access to a range of enrichment activities, including work related experience, learner support and careers advice and guidance.
Each learner is assigned a "Learning Coach", who provides support and guidance to ensure everyone achieves their full potential.
For adult learners there is a diverse range of vocational and professional qualifications, for example, Initial Teacher Training, Counselling and Accounting, sited in our recently refurbished adult learning area.
The site has curriculum based Learning Centres and IT provision.

How to get to Worsley Campus
By car:
Worsley Campus is on the A575 Walkden Road. The A575 has junctions with both the A6 and the A580 East Lancashire Road.
By bus:
Worsley Campus is well served by a large number of bus operators. The following buses stop directly outside the campus: 31, 68, 293, 554
By train:
Walkden railway station is just two minutes walk from Worsley Campus. Trains run regularly from Manchester Victoria, Salford Crescent, Salford Central, Swinton, Atherton, Daisy Hill, Hindley and Wigan Wallgate.
