Staff Development

Salford College has recently been re-accredited as an Investor in People (IiP), and we are committed to ensuring our staff develop knowledge and skills which will benefit themselves and the College. Staff development needs are assessed in a number of ways, and the Quality, Performance and Staff Development Unit work with line managers and individuals to meet identified needs.
